Well, Haven't gotten on in a long time! We are officially married now :) almost 3 months (on August 23). Married life is great, Our work schedules clash so much though that we really don't get to see each other that often :( It is nice to come home to each other after a long day though. We went to Park city for a few days and then on a cruise, for our honeymoon. The cruise was suppose to go to Mexico, but because of all the hype of the Swine flu, the cruise line would not let anyone off in Mexico, so it went up to Astoria Oregon, Victoria B.C., and Vancouver B.C. instead. it was very pretty but not the tropical warm vacation I had wanted. I did get a few beautiful pictures with my lovely camera there (posted on my photography blog: stephsdiamondphotography.blogspot.com). Hopefully next summer we will get to go on a WARM, TROPICAL cruise to Jamaica :) Here are a few pic's from our wonderful honeymoon...

We rented vespas for the day and drove around the city. It was so much fun!!

Time Flies!

I can't believe that in 24 days we will be married!! It seemed like just yesterday (it will really be five years ago in August) that we were on our family reunion camping trip at Scofield, where we had our first kiss and where we decided to become more than "just friends"! Time flies! We are both so ready for this huge step in our life together and are so excited for what the future has in store for us both as individuals and as a family. We have both been really busy with wedding plans and remodeling our new "home." We just went and bought the paint for our bedroom and closet today and will hopefully get carpet in soon too! The plan is to have our bedroom, closet and bathroom completed by our wedding. Then we will work on getting the kitchen done and then finally our living room. It will definitely be a task to get everything done, but in the end it will be SO worth it! We are remodeling Kenan's mom's basement and plan to live there for awhile, until God has another plan for us. Both of our families have helped so much in the remodel and we couldnt have done any of it without all of their help! THANK YOU!! Here are a some pictures of the remodel so far!

Knocking down walls to make our bedroom bigger.
It went from a 12'6"x9' room to a 12'6"x21' room!
